1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Peaceful meditation app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Angela Alvarez, Tequila Marketing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

• 14-day free trial period

• Auto-renewal unless cancelled

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period

• Payment is processed through your chosen app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

• Cancellation must be done through your app store account settings

• No refunds for partial billing periods

• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Content License and Intellectual Property

• All content, including meditations, courses, audio, and materials, is owned by the Company

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal use only

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content

• You may not record, download, or share our content outside the app

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

• Share your account credentials with others

• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app

• Upload malicious code or interfere with app functionality

• Use the content for commercial purposes

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content

• Apple has no obligation to provide support services

• Any claims regarding the app should be directed to Company

Google Play Store

• Similar provisions apply for Google Play Store downloads

• Google is not a party to these Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
